Graduated from the Instituto Superior de Arte de La Habana, in the piano speciality.
A teacher of improvisation, Cuban and Latin rhythms at the Instituto Superior de Arte de La Habana. He has given master classes at various universities in the United States, Canada and Denmark.
He has worked as a pianist and keyboardist for Isaac Delgado for five years. And he has also worked with Celia Cruz, Paquito D’ Rivera, Gabriela Anders, Manzanita, Raúl Paz, Alain Pérez, Miliky and Miguel RÃos.
His performances at jazz festivals include: Washington, New York, New Haven, Montreal, Montreux, Aarhus (Denmark), Estoril, Bologna, Marseille and Galapajazz (Galapagar, Madrid).
